My Google Business profile is being hit with a steady stream of weekly one-star reviews that read almost identical and are clearly designed to damage our reputation. I already have a spreadsheet of the public usernames behind these posts, and I need a specialist who can dig deeper, trace their likely origin and give me solid, verifiable evidence I can take to Google and, if necessary, legal counsel.
