Update oscommerce website from Php5.6 to php 8.2

Hello, I'm looking for someone experienced in website updates to help bring an old oscommerce website up to the most current version of php. The website currently uses php5.6 and needs to be updated to php8.2. All content, including stylesheets, database queries, and text files will need to be migrated and converted accordingly. Additionally, there are current plugins and extensions installed on the website, which need to be taken into consideration. I also have credentials and access to the website server.
