Show correct currency and language for each country- OScommerce

We use OScmmerce V 2.3.4. The default country is Sweden and the default currency is the Swedish krone.
We need to show the correct currency and language for each country without logging in
For example
Customers from Germany (show price in EUR with Germany VAT and with german language)
Customers from Austria (show price in EUR with Austrian VAT and with german language )
Customers from the UK(show price in GBP without VAT and with English language )
