Correct UPS Error for OS Commerce Website

Need UPS corrected for an OS Commerce website

Due to this recent update UPS has stopped working with OS Commerce website
I have New OAuth credentials
If possible we would like to use FedEX for shipping as we do have FedEx account as well.
