I own a service based business that has been mainly owner operated until now. Major challenge is to standardize and automate processes and still provide the same high level of services that allowed us to be in the spot we are - being in demand and a growing company.

We need more efficient ways to do things, to streamline and standardize.

Streamlining quoting and pricing system to give standardized quotes to all customers. Also to facilitate invoicing.

I want to end up with a process flow where we will not miss a single service rendered to clients. I need to have a process where every single service is registered accounted for and invoiced by the end of the month.
