Stakeholder Change Analysis for MFA Project

Multi Factor Authentication is being rolled out to thousands of stakeholders with various end user environments. We need a Change Analyst or Change Manager with experience in identifying various stakeholder groups, and creating a suitable communications and engagement plan to ensure MFA is adopted.
