Software development support

We need someone who will be doing the below task for one of our customer
1) Responsible for developing software development support plans such as change management, problem
management and configuration management
2) Responsible for managing the software changes, problems, and configuration items
3) Responsible for updating the status of changes, problems, and CIs to higher management
4) Responsible for developing and sharing the status reports for changes, problems, and CIs
5) Responsible and supporting to conduct the root cause analysis for problems
6) Responsible for escalating the issue if the defined time limit has been crossed

Desired Candidate Profile
1) Candidate should be either B.Tech/ BE in CS or IT or MCA
2) Candidate having BCA with good knowledge can also apply
3) Should have a good communication and written skills as we have global customers
4) Should have a working knowledge of C++, php
5) Have an experience on Microsoft office tools
6) Good to have a working knowledge of SVN, Redmine, Jira, Polarion tool
