Change Management

For the current role, we are looking for someone who has:

1. Experience running change for transformation programmes independently
2. Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments/engagement (manage interdependencies and change resistance)
3. Experience in Change Management content development – for enablement and awareness communication.
4. Experience running change awareness/marketing campaigns
5. Experience measuring change and comms effectiveness

6. Experience in delivering large scale transformation projects and leading change management strategy and implementation (for global clients)
7. Supported in tech/process/policy implementation


8. Supported in global projects/managing global stakeholders, strong communication skills
