Certified Change Management Lead | 12+ months | 40 hours a week (No agencies please)
Budget: $15 – $30 USD
Yara is seeking a Change Management Lead to work in European time zone on a 12 months project which has a potential to convert into an FTE / extend.
We are looking for individual freelancers who can dedicate 40 hours a week, start immediately.
Responsibilities:
*Partner closely with senior leaders to shape the change vision and translate it into a change management strategy.
*Develop and lead strategic change management and organization development initiatives, including change strategy & planning, organizational design, change impact, stakeholder management, organizational readiness, communications and engagement.
*Develop and integrate change management capability and frameworks across the organization, equipping leaders to manage and lead change successfully themselves.
*Lead and implement change initiatives, ensuring a keen eye towards ‘connecting the dots’, and capturing synergies with related priorities and initiatives.
*Continuous assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks/resistance across individual teams / functions; partner closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement actionable mitigation plans.
*Design and implement communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including the identification and definition of methods and channels to drive the correct behavioural and organizational changes.
*Define relevant success metrics and monitor change progress.Analyze data collected (e.g., Yara annual climate survey, Peakon), interpreting the findings and presenting insights that provide meaningful feedback to key stakeholders for decision-making and action at various levels of the organization.
Required Profile:
*Degree, or equivalent experience in organizational behavior, organizational development and/or organizational psychology
*Change Management Certification
*10+ years relevant experience, with proven track record in leading large-scale organizational transformation, cultural alignment and change management
*Able to work independently and exercise judgment in a fast-paced environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
*Excellent written and verbal communication in English, and able to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences, and facilitate complex discussionsStrong analytical, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority, outside functional lines and virtually
*Able to operate in global matrix environment, and to effectively communicate with people from different countries, cultures and different stages of technology maturity
*Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment
*Working experience with Agile principles, an added advantage
