Specific Change Management Services Required:
- Change strategy development, implementation and coordination .
- PROSCI Certified invidual preferred not mandatory.
Nature of the Change Being Implemented:
- Technology changes
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in change strategy development
- Strong knowledge of technology changes and their impact on organizations
- Experience in managing change initiatives within a similar context
- Excellent communication and training skills
