organizational chart

I want someone to turn my sketch into a organizational chart for my company which allows me to edit names and titles.
Lines between boxes should be straight apart from dashed which need to be routed to certain boxes.
boxes spaced appropriately on the horizontal lines
space for logo at top right,
space for footer at bottom.
Boxes should remain on the vertical lines as per drawing, just spacing horizontally need sorting.
