I need some help in filing a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) in Texas. Is it something that you can help?
Basically can it be registered in the name of my daughter who is 15 years old?
If I register the non-profit organization in my daughter's name, can one of the parents be the registered agent?
Can the registered agent file for tax exemption with IRS?
Are there any other limitations or restrictions if a non-profit organization is registered under a teenager's name who is just 15 years old
