We are currently planning to conduct SKILLS GAP ANALYSIS to have a clear picture of the CURRENT STATE and DESIRED STATE of the skills of our present consultants who are providing consultancy services to one of the reputable ICT companies.
Project Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Main objectives of this exercise would be:
• Identify future skills needed to support the client by meeting head of the departments (5 departments)
• Measure employees’ existing skills through in person meetings (38 employees)
• Use advanced anlytical tools to match future skills needs to existing skills. Additionally, to measure the “distance” between current and desired skills
• Prepare professional presentations and reports for the management and employees to communicate the findings and define learning pathways
