Bar Mitzvah Day Coordinator Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm in need of a competent and fun-loving event coordinator for my son's Bar Mitzvah in March.
Specific Tasks:
- Coordinating with vendors: I have already hired and organized most of the event, but I need someone to liaise with the vendors on the day.
- Overseeing setup and teardown: I need someone to ensure everything is in place before the event starts and packed away afterwards.
Atmosphere:
- The event is intended to be casual and fun, so I need someone who can help to create this atmosphere and manage the event accordingly.
Schedule:
- I have a rough outline of the day, but I need you to help keep things on track and manage the schedule.
