Responsibilities:
Plan and organize trading contest events, including formulating competition rules, scheduling, prize structures, and more.
Oversee the contest process, ensuring participants adhere to the rules and compete fairly.
Provide timely updates on competition progress, maintaining close communication with participants and addressing their inquiries.
Handle any disputes or issues among participants, ensuring a seamless competition flow.
Gather competition data and compile relevant reports, offering suggestions to the team regarding competition effectiveness and improvements.

Proven experience in organizing trading championship, with the ability to independently plan and manage the entire contest process.
In-depth understanding of various financial markets and trading instruments, capable of comprehending and explaining related trading strategies and principles.
