I need an indian assistants and citizens

We are seeking a recent college graduate or experienced assistant to join our team, No experience in the field is required, however.
We are happy to provide extensive training
Responsibilities would include:
1. Compiling basic research on prospective clients
2. Drafting and filing appeal documents
3. Interfacing with clients to gather information, and
Must have a good work ethic, be inquisitive, and be capable of handling greater challenges and responsibilities over time. Attention to
detail is a must. Finally, a candidate must be good at interacting with the pubic.
Greater pay/salary is available for people who can grow and take on greater responsibilities
