WhatsApp Game Sales Responder

I run a fast-paced online game top-up store and the bulk of my orders come through WhatsApp. I’d like you to step in and handle every sales query that lands in the chat—from the first “Hi, how much is …?” to payment confirmation and delivery notice—using a friendly, casual tone that keeps gamers coming back.

Here’s what the job looks like day-to-day:
• Monitor the WhatsApp number during agreed hours and answer all pre-sale and in-sale questions right away.
• Share current price lists, promo codes, and payment instructions I’ll provide, then walk customers through checkout.
• Verify transfer screenshots, log successful payments in a simple Google Sheet, and trigger the in-game top-up request (I’ll teach you the quick commands).
• Upsell where it makes sense—extra diamonds, season passes, battle-royale bundles—without sounding pushy.

Acceptance criteria
• 90 % of incoming messages replied to within 2 minutes.
• Tone consistently friendly and casual, never robotic.
• Order and payment details recorded accurately for every transaction.

You’ll have admin access to WhatsApp Business on desktop/web, plus template replies you can tweak so nothing feels copy-pasted. Familiarity with Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG M, or similar titles is a bonus but not mandatory—as long as you’re a fast typist who can think like a gamer, we’ll get along great.
