Virtual Assistant for Multi-platform E-commerce

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage day-to-day operations and projects for our online stores. You’ll be working across multiple selling platforms, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and others, handling tasks that range from order processing to product uploads and data tracking.
This is a long-term role with consistent work and opportunities to take on bigger responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer messages across platforms
- Process and manage orders
- Upload and update product listings
- Track and organize sales data in spreadsheets
- Research products and market trends
- Assist with inventory management
- Support basic reporting and analysis
- Help with other operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
- Good written and verbal English
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable internet connection
