USA Order Fulfillment Partner

Responsibilities
• Receive inbound inventory shipments and verify quantities/condition
• Store products safely and keep inventory organized
• Apply shipping labels and pack orders according to instructions
• Ship orders to end customers within agreed timelines
• Provide tracking numbers and shipping confirmations
• Handle returns: receive, inspect, and forward returned items to a specified address
• Maintain basic inventory records and report low-stock or issues promptly

Requirements
• Located in the United States with reliable access to shipping carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx)
• Ability to pack and ship orders accurately and consistently
• Organized, dependable, and responsive communication
• Basic inventory management skills (spreadsheet or simple software)
• Ability to handle returns and re-ship items as instructed

Preferred
• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment (Shopify/Amazon/eBay, etc.)
• Capability to scale with increasing order volume
• Clear reporting (weekly order/return summary)
