Shopify Order & Inventory Assistant

I run a growing Shopify store and I’m looking for a dependable virtual assistant to keep daily operations flowing smoothly. Your two core responsibilities will be:

• Order processing – each morning you’ll review overnight sales, fulfill them inside Shopify, generate shipping labels, and enter tracking numbers so customers receive automatic notifications.
• Inventory management – at the end of the day you’ll check product counts, update stock levels in Shopify, and flag any items that drop below our preset threshold in a shared Google Sheet.

Because the role focuses on routine, well-documented tasks, a beginner-level familiarity with Shopify is enough. I’ll supply step-by-step SOPs, recorded walkthroughs, and ongoing Slack support to get you up to speed quickly.
