Senior eCommerce Order Fulfillment Manager

I need a hands-on professional who can own the entire post-purchase journey for my online store. Our operation moves quickly, so accuracy and speed matter more than big-company titles. If you have 1–3 years of solid experience in an e-commerce environment and know how to keep orders flowing without a hitch, you’ll fit right in.

You will be the point person for order processing and fulfillment—from the moment an order lands in the system to the moment the courier scans it in. That means pulling daily order feeds, double-checking payment status, confirming inventory availability, creating pick-lists for the warehouse, printing shipping labels, updating customers with tracking, and closing each order cleanly inside the OMS. You should be comfortable with typical storefront dashboards (Shopify, Woo, Amazon Seller Central, or similar), spreadsheets for quick reconciliations, and basic carrier portals.

Key deliverables and success metrics
• Same-day processing for all orders received before cut-off
• 99 %+ accuracy on item, quantity, and address checks
• A brief KPI report sent every Friday summarizing volume, error rate, and any exceptions that need my attention
