Order Processing Support Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I run a busy promotional-products company and I need a reliable assistant to take charge of our order processing. Your focus will be everything that happens once a client approves their artwork: entering the order, issuing purchase orders to the supplier, following up on proofs, monitoring production milestones, and confirming shipment details so I can update the client in real time.
You will be working inside the platforms we already use (mainly our web-based order management portal called commonsku and quickbooks.If you have handled branded merchandise, print, or any made-to-order products before, be sure to highlight that—your relevant experience is the single most important thing I’ll consider when choosing the freelancer.
Experience in commonsku, Quickbooks, Sage, Sagemember and promotional product experience a plus.
