upgrade document for WC Portal & Sites from 11g to 12c

I am looking for an experienced programmer to provide a upgrade document for WC Portal & Sites from 11g to 12c. The current version is 11.1.1.7.0 and the target version of the upgrade is 12.2.1.4. I am flexible with the timeline and do not have a specific time frame in mind, although the ideal candidate is able to complete the project within a reasonable period of time. I am looking for a document with fresh installation of the 11.1.1.7.0 version and then upgrade to 12.2.1.4 version.
