I am in need of a Business Analyst with extensive experience in ERP, specifically with Oracle. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a complete analysis of our ERP system and provide recommendations for implementation and optimization. This is a long-term project with a timeline of more than 3 months.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle, Sap, MS Dynamics, and Other ERP
- Must have knowledge of Fin, AP, and AR, very strong in Inventory, HR, and other modules
- Proven track record in conducting ERP system analysis
- Ability to provide recommendations for implementation and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
