improve an existing FMS system

We are seeking a highly skilled developer or development team to enhance and implement a Fleet Management System, including a fully integrated Repair Request workflow connected with Oracle.
Project Overview:
The objective of this project is to improve an existing system and implement a structured, end-to-end Repair Request workflow across multiple departments, including Workshop, Store, Procurement, Accounting, and Service. The system must integrate seamlessly with Oracle and external APIs.
Repair Request Workflow:
1. Process initiation:
* Job Card is created by Supervisor / Admin
2. Service handling:
* Request is assigned to the Repair / Service / ACC department
3. Parts availability check (Store):
* If parts are available → proceed with the service process
* If not available → initiate a Purchase Request (PR)
4. Procurement cycle (Oracle):
* PR → LOA → PO → LOA → GRN
5. Goods receiving and inventory update:
* GRN is recorded in the system
* Data is transferred to Oracle (GIN)
* Item availability status is updated
6. Service execution:
* Add service/job details
* Assign manpower
* Release required parts
* Update inventory (Oracle + system integration)
* Complete service checklist
7. Process closure:
* Finalize and close the request
Additional Requirements:
* Design and develop report templates (e.g., Job Card, Inventory, Asset Reports, etc.)
* Implement inventory business rules:
* FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
* Stock aging analysis
* Reorder level calculations (monthly, quarterly, annual)
* Develop KPI dashboards based on different roles and system data
* Ensure full integration with APIs and Oracle Database
Required Skills:
* Strong experience with Oracle Database and schema handling
* Proven experience in API integrations
* Ability to design and implement complex workflows
* Experience in ERP systems or Fleet Management solutions
* Strong understanding of inventory and procurement processes
Budget:
* Hourly rate: $20 – $30 (negotiable depending on experience and expertise)
Notes:
* API documentation, Oracle schema, and workflow mapping will be provided during the integration phase
* Sample report templates will be shared (some may be updated during development)
* Please include relevant past projects or case studies in your proposal
