Senior Oracle PPM Consultant Needed

Job title: Senior Oracle PPM Consultant
Summary: The Oracle PPM professional is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications. They work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to ensure that project management processes are efficiently managed and optimized using Oracle PPM solutions.
Duties and tasks: “ERP Consultants”
1- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
2- You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
3- You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
4- You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines

7- Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
8- Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

11- Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
12- One or two industry domain knowledge

Qualifications and job-related certificates: “Changes from position to another”
1.At least 5 years of Oracle implementation experience with Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM at a client location
2.Good understanding of latest industry trends in PPM related business processes and practices.
3.Deep product understanding of all Fusion PPM modules (Project Financial Management, Project Execution Management)
Technical Skills:
•Oracle PPM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Project Portfolio Management modules such as Oracle Projects, Oracle Primavera, and Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications.
•Configuration and Customization: Experience in configuring and customizing Oracle PPM applications, including setting up project structures, workflows, and reporting.
•Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrating Oracle PPM with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud or middleware solutions.
•SQL and Reporting Tools: Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) for creating and managing custom reports and dashboards.
