I am looking for a SAP Basis support specialist to assist with the following services:
Maintain SAP Integration with Concur Solutions
The ideal candidate should have experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and be familiar with the specific requirements for this version.
SAP Concur is striving to enhance the security posture of the SAP Integration with Concur Solutions (referred to as SAP ICS).
Our records indicate you are using SAP ICS and action is required from your organization to update your solution to the proper version. For SAP on-premise customers, you must upgrade to the minimum release, which is listed in section 8.2 of the SAP Note here.
Your connections need to be updated using the JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication to ensure no disruptions to your current service. As soon as you are on the newest release, the SAP functionality will guide you through the transformation process. New authentication requirements will be put in place January 1, 2024, and communication between Concur and SAP system will fail if the New Authentication is not utilized.
In late 2022, it was communicated that these required actions to update your system must be implemented no later than December 31, 2023. If your organization has already implemented these changes, please disregard this communication, or if you are unsure, please contact your organization’s internal IT team responsible for the integration.
In order to help you with this change, we have created instructions which you can find here. Alongside your internal IT department and your SAP contact, the guidance in this document will help you make the correct updates to your SAP system and ensure your company is using the proper version for your connections to be using JWT authentication.
