SAP ABAP Work - (VF04 – Collective Billing)

Dear Members,

We have a SAP ABAP work to achieve 2 customizations in collective billing process (e.g. by t-code VF04).

Below are basically the standard criteria, when SAP collects several Delivery Notes from several Sales Orders from the billing due list in one invoice. If any criteria not met, SAP split into 2 or more invoices.

Standard Billing (VF04 – Collective Billing): As per standard criteria, the billing will be collective (one invoice), if your sales order have:
a) same Partner function: Payer
b) same Billing Type
c) same Terms of Payments
d) same Billing Date
e) same Incoterm & Incoterm Location
f) same Distribution Channel
g) same VAT Registration Number
h) same Partner function: Ship-to customer
i) same other Partner functions (like Key in Person, Sales Employee 2, etc)
