I am currently having difficulty with my Oracle SQL Plus project. Specifically, I’m encountering a 'connection refused' error when attempting to activate my TNS listener. While I do possess login credentials, their correctness for the Oracle SQL Plus remains uncertain. The data involved in my project is predominantly User Data and Metadata.
The task involves revising the TNS listener, verifying and possibly correcting the login credentials, and ensuring seamless interaction of the User Data and Metadata within my Oracle SQL Plus project.
