Report generation

I am looking to hire someone to create a reports from an Oracle apex application. the application is documentation management system and the end user will upload on the application word document, then the application must merge the content inside this word with another data from the system its self like version no. auther and reviewer,...etc in one final document as pdf format ready to be printed with a water mater showing the status of the document like effective, obsolete, draft
