Production support

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide production support for my Oracle system. The ideal candidate should have beginner level expertise in Oracle and be able to provide issue resolution for any problems that may arise. The support required is specifically for issue resolution, and not for system maintenance or enhancements. Any experience with Oracle production systems would be advantageous.
