PLSQL projects

I am looking for an experienced PL/SQL programmer to help me with a project. It will involve a variety of tasks, including query optimization, stored procedure development, and database design. As I am unsure of the current code or database structure involved, it will be necessary for the programmer to review the existing framework and adjust as needed. The timeline for completion is within 1-2 weeks.
