Oracle time and Labor
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Techno Functional Consultant with more than 5+ years of experience implementation and support experience in R12 versions.
• Design and build RICEWF components, customizations and personalizations as per the requirement.
• OTL configurations, TER configurations, OTL integration with Absence Management and Payroll and all related AOL setups.
• Design and build fast formulas.
• Configuring Timecard Layout, Timecard Templates, Alternate Names.
• Configuring Earning Group, Rotation Plans, Work Plans, Shifts, Earning Policy, Shift Differential Policy.
• Review requirements document and build solutions, create technical design, deployment scripts and deployment documents.
• Develop appropriate test scenarios and scripts as needed, perform testing and capture.
• Develop (RICEWF) including but not limited to Forms, Reports, Interfaces, conversions, extensions, Workflows, OAF extensions/customizations and personalizations per Oracle’s Recommended Standards.
• Expert in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL
