Overview:
I am looking for an experienced Oracle database administrator to reinstall Oracle 19C on a Windows server and bring over all existing users and databases. The current version of Oracle installed is 19C, and the client is unsure if there is a backup of the existing database.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this project should have the following skills and experience:

- Proficiency in Oracle database administration, specifically with Oracle 19C
- Expertise in installing and configuring Oracle on Windows servers
- Familiarity with database backup and recovery processes
- Strong troubleshooting skills to handle any issues that may arise during the reinstallation process

Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Verifying the current version of Oracle installed (19C)
- Performing a database backup for the existing database
- Planning and executing the reinstallation of Oracle 19C on the Windows server
- Ensuring the successful configuration and integration of the new installation
- Testing the functionality and performance of the database post-reinstallation
- Providing documentation and guidance for future maintenance and administration tasks
- Restoring all existing databases and users with same Oracle DB Ids.
