Oracle instant client issue.
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I'm setting up oracle on my PC (Windows 10 64 bit), I keep getting the following error:

system error code 126: The specified module could not be found ... SQORAS32.dll"
Even though the file exists and all the environment variables has been set correctly.
I need this running on my machine ASAP so if you apply you have to be available now and work on my PC via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
