Oracle VCP Architect

Hello there,
We are looking for a rockstar Oracle EBS Architect to work on a client project for us.
Note - The person must be available to join within 4 weeks.
Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses.
Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction for Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and other tools like Github, Configsnapshot, Sonarqube for CI/CD pipeline for Oracle EBS.
Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
Gather and analyze data and develops architectural requirements at project level for Oracle EBS CEMLI.
Participate in the Enterprise Architecture governance model (Oracle Data governance, EBS development standards)
Support the development software and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses
Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities
Coach and mentor team members.
The following metrics will be captured and considered KPI’s:
Knowledge of Oracle EBS tech stack and knowledge of Oracle EBS modules
Ability to understand complex requirements and build solutions for them
Deliver quality deliverables like best practice documents, code components.
Excellent communication skills and influencing skills
Deliver tasks to project timeline
Ability to follow documented, well defined processes
Reliable and committed
Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies
A minimum of 10 years hands-on Oracle eBusiness Suite technical development experience.
2-3 complete Oracle EBS end to end projects/deployments
Hands on experience in designing conversions, integrations and extensions in EBS R12 using Forms, Reports, Java & HTML Forms Personalization/Development
Proficiency in development tools like HPPPM, Github, Sonarqube, Appworx
Ability to work effectively across time zones in an agile work environment
Basic knowledge of unix and good understanding of Oracle database concepts.
Basic knowledge of Oracle modules like Order Management, Purchasing and Inventory.
Excellent knowledge of Oracle EBS technical best practices.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Other Examples:
Industry standard technology skills (i.e. personal computer skills, OS familiarity, Web, etc.)
Strong organizational, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work under rigid deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Adept at making quick and sound priority decisions
Site Requirements / Considerations
Resources will work from offshore working in IST hours as the rest of the team is IST but able to be flexible to accommodate EST timings.
The designated resource will be required to abide by all standard work and security policies for contract workers.
