Oracle Standard Edition 12c to 19c Upgrade on Windows

I've tried to upgrade it myself but I'm not an Oracle guru and it keeps dying in post-upgrade. I wasted an entire day trying to figure it out myself, so I'm looking for an expert that knows what they're doing and can solve the upgrade issues quickly. This database is just a local copy of a cloud database that we use to query locally, so there's no critical data in it (it gets restored every night)...I just want it updated because the version is so old.
