Oracle Spatial Database Design and Creation

Freelancers having good knowledge on Oracle Spatial are required to Design and Create the Database Schema in Oracle Spatial for one of our project. We expect it to take one day max. Before the creation it is required to generate the Conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Models (UML).
Once we see the response we will send the data model details separately as the data is confidential.
