Oracle 19c Software installation, Database Creation, PSU Patching Automation using Git, Jenkins, and Ansible

I am looking for an expert who can help me with Oracle 19c, to automate Oracle 19c software installation, single instance database creation, and PSU patching on remote hosts using Git, Jenkins, and Ansible.

remote host are accessible only via JumpBox server.

I should be able to run individual scripts toward newly created single instance database using Github Jenkins and Ansible (this is in case modification is done on a script. it will avoid running the entire automation stack over again just for one script modification).
