Oracle HR Software Implementation

I'm looking to implement Oracle HR software for less than 100 employees in my organization. I specifically require functionalities related to Employee self-service, Recruitment and onboarding.

Key Requirements:
- Implementation of Oracle HR software for a small team (less than 100 employees)
- Customization and optimization of the software for Employee self-service, Recruitment and onboarding functionalities.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle HR software for small organizations
- Strong understanding of Employee self-service, Recruitment and onboarding modules
- Ability to customize and optimize the software according to my requirements.

Please note that I do not require this software to support remote access for my employees.
