Oracle Incentive Compensation Module

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Apps technical consultant with Incentive compensation Module, knowledge of Oracle Applications and PLSQL to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EBS, Incentive Compensation Module and EPM solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients.
Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in ensuring successful deployments, optimizing performance, and providing ongoing support and enhancements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle EBS, Incentive Compensation Module and EPM.
Design, implement, and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation Module and EPM applications such as Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, Profitability and Cost Management, etc.
Implement and support various Oracle Applications modules such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle PL SQL.
Configure and integrate Oracle Incentive Compensation Module and EPM to align with client-specific processes and reporting requirements.
Perform data migration, validation, and integration tasks across Oracle Applications modules.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users during all phases of implementation and post-implementation support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Incentive Compensation Module, EPM and other modules in Oracle Applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
Stay updated with Oracle Incentive Compensation Module, EPM and other modules of Oracle Applications, product releases, new features, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
7+ Years experience in Oracle Incentive Compensation Module, EPM and other modules of Oracle applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications such as Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle PLSQL.
Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Oracle Incentive Compensation Module, EPM and other modules of Oracle applications, configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications preferred in Oracle Incentive Compensation Module, EPM and other modules of Oracle applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
