Oracle EPB extended usage

As a background, we adopted the use of Oracle EPM a year or so ago, and we are looking to convert all excel forecast models to Oracle, have them talk to each other. In other words, consolidate all forecast requirements and architect an all inclusive forecasting environment. We are looking for an Oracle developer to build the full environment as well as help maintain going forward on a part time basis.
