Oracle EBS integration with another system

I am looking for a freelancer to help us with a project to integrate Oracle EBS with Talentera & AfterHire, two third-party applications. We need it to be completed within a specific timeframe, so we require an expert with a proven track record in Oracle EBS and integration with third-party applications.

The integration will compose of two components.
Component 1:
Pushing vacant positions to Talentera including the following parameters (Position title, JD, ERP Code, TA Code, Number of vacancies, division and a few more). This will be happening through a restful API which will trigger the push from ERP to Talentera whenever required in different instances. Documentations for the API are available.
Component 2:
Pushing hired candidates details to ERP including (Candidate information, latest education history..etc). This also happens through a restful API which will trigger an execution of a function to send the candidate details and map it to the appropriate fields in ERP.
