Oracle Developer for Invoice Template Design

We are in urgent need of a skilled Oracle developer to implement the design of an invoice template that supports both Arabic and English languages, exactly as specified in the provided model. The developer will be responsible for populating invoice data, generating the invoices, and exporting them from an Oracle 12.1 database to a specified external path.
The invoices must be exported in PDF format to a location on the computer. Additionally, there should be a capability to attach any external file to the exported PDF invoice. Furthermore, the generated PDF invoice should be sent to the client via WhatsApp.
The specific invoice fields will be discussed during the project progression. The ideal freelance developer should have prior experience in creating Oracle templates and exporting data.
