Oracle Database Procedure for Data Export

I'm seeking an Oracle Database expert to develop a procedure in my schema that will automate the extraction of specific table data.
Key Requirements:
- Selecting Specific Tables: The procedure should be able to identify and include only the designated tables in the schema.
- Data Export: The data should be extracted based on the creation date of the record.
- Data Format: The extracted data should be saved in CSV format.
- Directory Organization: The exported data should be zipped and stored in directories based on the year and month of the creation date of the records.
The ideal candidate for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
- A strong understanding of data extraction and the ability to automate the process.
- Proficiency in organizing and exporting data in CSV format.
- Previous experience with directory management and data zipping is a plus.
