Oracle Cloud Infrastructure expert required

I want to do below things in oci

OCI scope:
1. Configuration more than one environment in OCI environments.
2. Configure the required VCN Setup and subnets configuration.
3. Setup required network configuration and connectivity establishment.
4. Setup the required internal or public Load Balancer enablement and configuration.
5. Implement Oracle security services.
6. Provide provisioning and configuration for below OCI services:
a. Install and configure Oracle Network Gate Firewall (NGFW – Palo Alto)
b. Install and configure Oracle Web Application Firewall.
7. Enable embedded security features related to MySQL database (Encryption).
8. Enable the unified view of security posture across OCI tenants leveraging Oracle Cloud Guard to identify, monitor, and remediate threats, issues, and inconsistencies over the customer environment.
9. Setup and provide fixes for Oracle VA tool results.
10. Setup Oracle backup policy.
11. Setup Site to Site VPN connection.
