Oracle Cloud Engineer with 6–9 years of experience, based in Phoenix, AZ, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
Strong expertise in ORC, Talent, Learning, and Global HR, including multi-region/multi-country configurations, quarterly patch impact analysis, and customizations (DFF/EFF, reports, value sets, workflows).
Experienced across the full project life cycle, conducting CRP and Fit-Gap analysis, and supporting Oracle Journeys and the Redwood Design System.
Proficient in integrations (file-based and API), consuming Oracle-delivered APIs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira, Rally, Confluence, and Kanban.
Hands-on experience with Oracle SR processes, enterprise application support, and at least one full Oracle Cloud implementation.
Nice-to-have skills include security provisioning, Documentum, Oracle Gen AI / Skill Nexus, LLMs, ADP HCM connector, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and automation of test data and code deployment.
