Deep understanding of the Oracle Cloud Applications SCM Supply Chain Management Cloud RESTAPI's for Inventory Receiving, Shipping, and Transactions is needed, to give advice to developers.

This will require application level knowledge of which RESTAPI's to use, and how, for the various functions of Receiving, Shipping, and Transactions.
