*7+ years of experience in implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM modules.
*Strong functional knowledge of modules like Service, Sales, and Marketing within Oracle EBS CRM
*Experience gathering business requirements, translating them into functional requirements, and configuring applications accordingly.
*Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS CRM data structures, data migration/ integration, and performance tuning
*Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming
*Good understanding of order management and financial modules in EBS is a plus.
*Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide effective solutions to the client's challenges.
