Oracle Apex Developer and Trainer

I'm looking to hire an experienced Oracle Apex Developer and Trainer who can provide excellent support and deliver results quickly. I need someone proficient in both development and training, as this project involves teaching the ins and outs of Oracle Apex to our team.
